We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CraftLeads for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@craftleads.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. No explanation is required within the 30-day window.
Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@craftleads.ai.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
After the 30-Day Window
After the initial 30-day period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.
